EagleOne Metals Closes Private Placement Raising $225,199

EagleOne Metals Corporation has completed its non-brokered private placement, issuing 750,666 units at $0.30 per unit to generate gross proceeds of $225,199.80.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. A whole warrant allows the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.60 until September 11, 2028. EagleOne holds the right to accelerate the expiry date if the common shares trade at or above $1.00 on the Canadian Securities Exchange for five consecutive trading days, provided that the acceleration cannot occur until at least four months and one day following the closing date.
The company will allocate the proceeds toward ongoing corporate development initiatives and general working capital. No finder's fees or commissions were paid in connection with the offering. All securities issued under the placement are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on January 12, 2027.
The financing follows a period of corporate expansion for the explorer. In March 2026, EagleOne completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Poison Springs Uranium Project located in Utah, adding to its portfolio of critical mineral and uranium assets in North America. Furthermore, in August 2026, the company commenced trading its common shares on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol EGLMF, broadening its capital market reach and providing an expanded platform to build its North American shareholder base alongside its Canadian listing.
