Eclipse Metals Limited has regained 100% legal and beneficial ownership of the Liverpool Uranium Project in the Northern Territory following the withdrawal of Boss Energy Limited from their existing option and earn-in agreement.

The agreement has now officially terminated, causing the option to lapse and returning full control of the project tenements to Eclipse and its wholly owned subsidiary, North Minerals Pty Ltd. Under the terms of the withdrawal provisions, Boss is required to vacate the project area, cease all active exploration, and deliver all mining and exploration data generated throughout the option period directly to Eclipse.

Boss has confirmed that no caveats have been lodged against the tenements. Regaining unencumbered control provides Eclipse with the operational flexibility to combine the incoming technical datasets generated by Boss with its existing project database before finalising the next strategic pathway.

The Liverpool Uranium Project is situated within the highly prospective Alligator Rivers Uranium Field of West Arnhem Land. Tenement EL27584 encompasses the Devil's Elbow uranium-gold-palladium prospect, which hosts 17 previously defined walk-up drill targets. This inventory includes seven Priority 1 targets alongside two large uranium radiometric anomalies located to the southwest of Devil's Elbow that remain entirely untested by drilling.

Historical exploration across the tenement previously returned high-grade assays, including up to 5.8% U₃O₈, 38.1 grams per tonne gold, and 28.02 grams per tonne palladium from shallow trenching and surface sampling. Past drilling also confirmed the presence of subsurface uranium mineralisation within the prospect area.

Following formal consultation with Traditional Owners at Kabulwarnamyo, facilitated by the Northern Land Council, Eclipse has received consent for a defined exploration work program at tenement EL27584. This approval clears the pathway for upcoming operations, allowing the exploration team to advance priority targets through diamond drilling subject to necessary environmental, cultural heritage, and regulatory compliance.

Eclipse will now integrate the newly acquired technical information into its database, refine the established target portfolio, and determine the precise scope and timing for the next phase of exploration across the tenements.
