The Golden Eagle project is subject to a five-year, US$9.0 million farm-in agreement with AngloGold Ashanti Plc that commenced in December 2025. AngloGold Ashanti collected a total of 2,659 samples during the recent sampling program, which covered all three licences across the project area.

Assay results from the sampling program are currently pending. The data will be used alongside planned high-resolution unmanned aerial vehicle magnetics geophysical surveys and detailed geological mapping to guide future exploration work.

The Golden Frontier gold portfolio encompasses more than 3,000 square kilometres across four distinct project areas, including the Golden Eagle, Southern Frontier, Northern Frontier, and Western Frontier projects.

Initial drilling across the Golden Eagle project is scheduled for the second year of the farm-in agreement with AngloGold Ashanti.
