Edge Copper Corporation has returned 140 ft grading 0.45% total copper from surface, including an 80 ft section grading 0.63% total copper from 20 ft, in the latest assay results from its ongoing 54,000-foot drilling program at the Zonia Copper Project in Arizona.

The principal intercept comes from drill hole ZND0030, completed in the central part of the deposit. A deeper interval in the same hole returned 340 ft grading 0.30% total copper from 400 ft, including 165 ft grading 0.40% total copper from 410 ft. The deeper mineralized zone demonstrates that oxide copper mineralization extends over approximately 550 ft of vertical extent in the central area.

The company reported assay results from eight additional diamond drill holes, bringing the program total to 45 completed holes. In the northern portion, hole ZND0034 intersected 465 ft grading 0.26% total copper from surface, including 160 ft at 0.33% total copper from 105 ft. Hole ZND0039 returned 623 ft grading 0.23% total copper from 2 ft, including 125 ft at 0.34% total copper, while hole ZND0041 yielded 540 ft grading 0.22% total copper from surface, including 70 ft at 0.36% total copper.

On the northwestern margin, hole ZND0060 intersected 248 ft grading 0.30% total copper from 553 ft, including 156 ft grading 0.37% total copper from 598 ft, in an area located beyond the current Preliminary Economic Assessment design pit.

Edge Copper owns a 100% interest in Zonia, a past-producing heap-leach copper operation located in Arizona's historic Walnut Grove mining district. The company closed a financing in June 2026 for gross proceeds of C$23,038,853 to advance exploration and development.

Current technical work integrates oriented core, geological logs, and core scans to refine deposit geometry. Edge Copper is progressing toward an updated Zonia Oxide Mineral Resource estimate targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, with subsequent work aimed at upgrading resource classifications to support a pre-feasibility study in 2027.

“These are encouraging oxide copper results for Zonia,” said Gil Clausen, Chair and CEO of Edge Copper. “ZND0030 returned two substantial intervals in the central deposit area, including 140 ft grading 0.45% CuT from surface and 340 ft grading 0.30% CuT at depth.”
