Edge Copper Corporation has reported assay results from ten additional diamond drill holes at the Zonia Copper Project in Arizona, highlighted by an undercut hole returning 287 feet grading 0.73% Total Copper from 13 feet.

The drilling forms part of an ongoing 54,000-foot program at the 100%-owned asset, bringing the total reported holes from the current campaign to 37.

The primary result came from hole ZND0032, drilled in the central deposit beneath older historical holes. The intercept included a higher-grade zone of 190 feet grading 1.01% Total Copper from 50 feet. Two additional intervals were intersected further down the hole: 252 feet grading 0.26% Total Copper from 350 feet, including 112 feet at 0.41%; and 168 feet grading 0.26% Total Copper from 642 feet, including 50 feet at 0.35%.

According to the company, ZND0032 confirms high-grade oxide copper mineralization in an area previously tested only by shallow drilling and marks the highest-grade interval in the current program. The multiple zones indicate that oxide copper mineralization extends over approximately 550 feet of true vertical extent.

Other holes extended mineralization outside the current Preliminary Economic Assessment design pit. Hole ZND0058 returned 165 feet grading 0.46% Total Copper from 579 feet, including 104 feet at 0.64%, on the northwestern margin. Hole ZND0052 intersected 522 feet grading 0.15% Total Copper from 570 feet, including 40 feet at 0.47%, also extending mineralization beyond the northwestern pit. In the southern portion, hole ZND0005 returned 188 feet grading 0.55% Total Copper from 2 feet.

The Zonia Copper Project is a past-producing heap leach copper operation located on private land within Arizona's Walnut Grove mining district. To support ongoing exploration, Edge Copper closed a public offering and concurrent private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$23,038,853 in June 2026.

“These are strong results for Zonia, led by the three broad intervals in ZND0032,” said Gil Clausen, Chair and CEO of Edge Copper. “The near-surface interval of 287 feet at 0.73% total copper, including 190 feet at 1.01%, combines meaningful width and grade.”

The company is incorporating the new assay data, oriented core logging, and core scanning information into its geological models. Edge Copper expects to release an updated Mineral Resource estimate in the fourth quarter of 2026 to support resource classification upgrades ahead of a planned pre-feasibility study in 2027.
