Electric Royalties Outlines Seymour And Zonia Updates

Electric Royalties Ltd. has detailed operator updates across its critical metals royalty portfolio, highlighted by environmental permitting progress at the Seymour Lake lithium project in Ontario, Canada, and broad copper intersections at the Zonia project in Arizona, United States.
Green Technology Metals Limited received a Statement of Completion from Ontario’s Ministry of Natural Resources for forest-resource removal at Seymour, marking a procedural step in the project's permitting process. The operator’s schedules contemplate a definitive feasibility study window in the fourth quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2027, aligning with closure-plan acceptance. Green Technology Metals previously secured a letter of interest from Export Development Canada for up to C$100 million in project financing and raised over $70 million to fund development activities at Seymour Lake.
In Arizona, Edge Copper Corporation reported ten additional diamond holes from its Zonia project, including hole ZND0032, which intersected 287 feet grading 0.73% total copper from 13 feet, including 190 feet at 1.01%. Edge Copper also reported that hole ZND0058 on the northwestern deposit margin intersected 165 feet grading 0.46% total copper from 579 feet beyond the preliminary economic assessment design pit. Edge Copper targets an updated mineral resource estimate for Zonia in the fourth quarter of 2026.
At the Sleitat tin-tungsten-silver project in Alaska, Noronex Limited commenced approximately 250 line-kilometres of helicopter magnetic and radiometric surveying and exercised its acquisition option following shareholder approval. Noronex aims to prepare a JORC Exploration Target for Sleitat and select drill targets in the fourth quarter of 2026.
In Ontario, Tartisan Nickel Corp. outlined its next development program for the Kenbridge nickel-copper-cobalt project, where borehole electromagnetic surveying identified conductive responses warranting follow-up drilling. Tartisan is integrating those results with geological models to shape a staged technical program toward a pre-feasibility study. Meanwhile, Cerrado Gold Inc. closed a C$10 million private placement with an Eric Sprott-controlled entity to fund working capital and general corporate purposes at the Mont Sorcier iron and vanadium project in Québec.
“In the weeks since our last update, Seymour has completed an important environmental assessment step, Zonia has reported further copper intersections and modern exploration has begun at Sleitat. Kenbridge has also set out the work needed to move toward a pre-feasibility study. These developments give us specific milestones to follow over the coming months, while the underlying work and capital commitments remain with the project operators. We continue to monitor both project progress and the financing conditions that influence development across the portfolio.”
