Element One Hydrogen & Critical Minerals Corp. has outlined a transition from its late-2025 field exploration toward pilot-scale evaluation and demonstration facility planning over the next three to six months.

The operational shift follows the completion of the company's 2025 field exploration program on the HY project in December 2025. In addition, owner Timothy Arthur Johnson staked four new mineral claims near the project between May 14, 2026, and June 3, 2026.

The development plan is anchored by a memorandum of understanding with Twin Sisters Olivine Ltd. to secure domestic olivine feedstock from an active quarry and access a site for a proposed demonstration facility in Washington State. The proposed operation is designed to process approximately 50,000 tonnes of feedstock annually, with a longer-term concept capable of expanding capacity to 100,000 tonnes, subject to validation, financing, permitting and definitive agreements.

Element One has also partnered with Revora Materials, Inc. to assess proprietary IonMet electrochemical extraction technology on the domestic olivine feedstock, with pilot-scale test work scheduled to evaluate recoveries, product purity and scalability.

In parallel, the company advances its two-part natural hydrogen strategy, which includes exploration in British Columbia and Alaska, alongside exclusive rights to subsurface hydrogen-stimulation technology developed through research led by Columbia University.

"Over the past six months, we have methodically assembled the projects, technologies and technical partnerships required to build a differentiated North American natural hydrogen and critical-minerals company," said Tim Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Element One.

"Our story has evolved substantially, but we do not believe the market yet recognizes the scope of what Element One is building," stated Brad Kitchen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Element One. "We now have exposure to natural hydrogen exploration, proprietary hydrogen-generation technology, domestic magnesium feedstock and an innovative critical-minerals recovery platform."

To support its next stage, the company is preparing to launch an extensive investor-awareness and corporate-marketing campaign, including pursuing an OTCQB quotation to improve visibility and trading access for U.S. investors.
