Element One Upsizes LIFE Offering to 7 Million Units and Closes First Tranche
Element One Hydrogen & Critical Minerals Corp. has increased its listed issuer financing exemption offering to 7.0 million units and closed the first tranche of 3.5 million units at $0.10 per unit, advancing its dual-pathway natural hydrogen strategy.
Each unit under the offering consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.20 for a period of 36 months starting 61 days following the closing date. The company has filed an amended and restated offering document to reflect the upsized offering.
The capital supports an operational model combining conventional subsurface hydrogen exploration with hard-rock stimulation technologies. Element One holds an exclusive option to acquire Stone to H2, Inc., securing proprietary subsurface critical mineral extraction and geologic hydrogen production methods. In parallel, the company committed US$1.67 million to a two-year sponsored research agreement at Columbia University directed by Dr. Greeshma Gadikota to investigate geologic hydrogen stimulation and metal co-recovery.

The dual-pathway approach targets both trapped subsurface reservoirs in British Columbia and Alaska and in situ generation from iron-rich ultramafic rocks. These same reactive formations can contain magnesium, nickel and other critical metals alongside hydrogen feedstock.

Following the completion of its 2025 field exploration program on the HY project, Element One has planned pilot-scale evaluation and demonstration facility activities over a three- to six-month horizon.
