Synergy Metals Corp. has commenced trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol SYN following final listing approval, completing its spin-out arrangement with Element79 Gold Corp.

The transaction transfers the Dale Property in Ontario to Synergy as part of a corporate restructuring. Synergy holds 98 claims covering approximately 1,980 hectares in the Swayze Greenstone Belt, compared with 90 unpatented mining claims previously reported for the asset.

Element79 retains an equity stake in Synergy while maintaining its primary exploration focus on its Nevada portfolio, anchored by the Gold Mountain and Elephant projects in the Battle Mountain Trend. Element79 plans an inaugural Phase One drill program at Gold Mountain following the completion of access road construction and drill pad development.
