Empire Resources has scheduled a 2,400-metre aircore drilling program to begin on 21 September 2026 at the Pennys Gold Project in Western Australia.

The upcoming field program will test two previously untested north-south soil anomalies situated along strike from Maritana Minerals' Pennys Find Gold Mine, which hosts a potential underground mine within a 63,000oz Au resource. A third untested soil anomaly located on the south-eastern corner of tenement E27/592 will also be evaluated during the campaign. Field operations are expected to take approximately one week to complete.

The Pennys Gold Project is situated 45 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie within the Eastern Goldfields Region. Empire previously completed an 8-hole, 904-metre reverse circulation drilling program at the project in November 2025 to follow up earlier aircore results.
