Empress Royalty Delivers US$17.3M First-Half Revenue And Reaffirms 2026 Guidance

Empress Royalty Corp. generated US$17.3M in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, marking a 166% increase from US$6.55M reported in the comparative 2025 period.

Gross profit for the first half of 2026 expanded to US$12.8M, up from US$4.5M a year earlier, while income from operations reached US$10.0M, compared to US$2.6M in the first six months of 2025. Total combined liquid reserves rose to US$21.1M at June 30, 2026, comprising US$5.1M in cash and US$16.0M in liquid metals holdings. Net income for the six-month period totaled US$3.9M, compared with US$1.6M in the first half of 2025. The bottom-line result includes a US$4.7M non-cash fair value remeasurement loss on metal holdings driven by short-term metal price movements, alongside US$1.0M in income taxes.

Empress maintains royalty and streaming interests across producing precious metal assets including Tahuehueto, Manica, Sierra Antapite, and Galaxy. Following the second-quarter performance, Empress has reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, continuing to anticipate attributable gold equivalent ounces between 7,045 and 7,430 ounces. The outlook is calculated using conversion assumptions of US$4,000 per ounce for gold and US$70 per ounce for silver.
