Endeavour Silver Corp. reported that its Terronera mine in Jalisco, Mexico, remains subject to a temporary suspension of operations following an ongoing blockade, with no material change to the site's status.

Operations were initially suspended on August 12, 2026, after members of the nearby Ejido community initiated an illegal blockade over several grievances. These grievances included community demands regarding road maintenance, water supply access and control, communications, assistance with medical services, and increased financial assistance.

Endeavour is engaged in active, ongoing discussions with representatives of the Ejido community to reach a constructive resolution supporting the orderly resumption of full operations. Negotiations have continued in a cordial and respectful manner.

The site remains staffed with a reduced workforce to handle safety and security protocols, and the operation remains accessible for routine maintenance activities. While continuing discussions, the company retains the option to pursue legal action and has stated it will exercise all available legal remedies if the blockade is prolonged.

Endeavour is monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as discussions progress toward a resolution.
