Eon Lithium has completed a Time Domain Electromagnetic ground survey across portions of the Orovada Project in Nevada, advancing exploration efforts and supporting its proposed acquisition of GeoVolt Power Corp.

Big Sky Geophysics finished the TDEM program using a fixed-loop rectangle measuring 1.5 kilometres by 0.5 kilometres. The work builds on an earlier induced polarisation survey that had identified a conductive zone below the surface, with the TDEM program designed to complement and expand on those prior findings by identifying any conductive bodies present within the claim area of interest.

Data interpretation is now underway, and the company expects to receive the final survey report shortly. Electro Imaging Technology will use the data to generate a three-dimensional profile of any potential drill targets. The results will be incorporated directly into an upcoming National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report being prepared by Consulting Geologist and Qualified Person William Feyerabend.

Under the proposed share exchange agreement originally announced in April 2026, Eon Lithium is acquiring all issued and outstanding shares of GeoVolt, which holds a 100% interest in the Orovada Project located adjacent to the Thacker Pass Lithium Project. GeoVolt is currently completing historical audits for the years ended September 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026 to finalise the proposed transaction, meet TSX Venture Exchange minimum listing requirements, and return to trading.

In August 2026, Jindalee Lithium Limited secured final state-level permitting for Phase 1 drilling at its McDermitt lithium project within the surrounding district.
