Ero Copper Corp. generated $137.9 million in cash flow from operations during the second quarter of 2026, a 49% increase over the previous quarter. The company’s stock closed at $42.71 on August 5, 2026, rising 4.63% following the announcement.

Consolidated copper production reached 17,315 tonnes in concentrate, produced at C1 cash costs of $2.42 per pound. At the Xavantina Operations, gold production climbed 170% quarter-on-quarter to 20,553 ounces, driven by an increase in mined output and higher recoveries from historic gold concentrate stockpiles.

The company reduced its net debt to $452.7 million by the end of the quarter, resulting in a net debt leverage ratio of 0.8x. Available liquidity rose by $35.5 million to $181.7 million, comprising $101.7 million in cash and $80.0 million in available credit.

"Ero delivered a solid second quarter, generating strong cash flow and continuing to deliver on our commitment to deleverage the balance sheet."

"We are seeing true benefits of our OneEro strategic initiative and are entering the second half with momentum across all three operations and a clear line of sight to further production and cash flow growth."

— Makko DeFilippo, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ero maintained its full-year 2026 production guidance for copper at 67,500 to 77,500 tonnes and for gold at 40,000 to 50,000 ounces. However, the company increased its capital expenditure guidance to a range of $285 million to $330 million, incorporating $10 million for a new powerline at Xavantina designed to strengthen infrastructure and reduce power transmission costs.

Exploration and technical work continue at the Furnas Copper-Gold Project, where the company completed over 16,000 meters of drilling during the second quarter. The publication of a Pre-Feasibility Study for the project is expected in 2027.
