Etruscus Resources Corp. has commenced a geophysical Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic survey across the Rock & Roll Property in British Columbia, while continuing fundraising efforts for an ongoing $700,000 non-brokered private placement.

The airborne survey focuses on prospective ground along the eastern portion of the property. Data from the program will map subsurface electrical resistivity to identify concealed intrusive centres and help prioritize high-quality drill targets before the company commits additional capital to diamond drilling.

The private placement, originally announced on July 30, 2026, consists of a combination of flow-through and non-flow-through units. Etruscus can issue up to 9,333,334 flow-through units priced at $0.075 each, or up to 11,666,667 non-flow-through units priced at $0.06 each, up to a total of $700,000.

Each flow-through unit contains one common share and one-half of a non-transferable share purchase warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $0.12 for two years. Each non-flow-through unit comprises one common share and one full warrant exercisable at the same $0.12 exercise price over a two-year period. All shares issued under the financing carry a four-month and one-day hold period from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the financing will fund the 2026 exploration program at the property and support general working capital, with flow-through funds restricted solely to qualifying Canadian exploration expenditures. The company is required to renounce these flow-through expenses to purchasers with an effective date no later than December 31, 2026.

Previous work on the property includes a 6 line-kilometre induced polarization survey completed in 2024 that expanded the Zappa anomaly to 700 metres, followed by an inaugural 1,311-metre diamond drilling program across three holes at the Zappa Porphyry Target during 2025.
