Ev Resources Completes A$1.52m Rights Issue to Advance Antimony Production

Ev Resources Ltd has finalised its pro-rata entitlement issue, raising A$1.52 million before costs with the issuance of all shortfall shares and options. The funding injection directly finances the ongoing production-capable proof-of-concept campaign and staged circuit commissioning at the Tecomatlán Processing Plant in Puebla, Mexico.
With the capital secured, operational activities at the processing hub are accelerating. Crushing and screening are now underway at Tecomatlán following the successful completion of initial load testing on the crushing circuit using antimony ore.
The live processing work is supported by established regional feedstock sources. Ev Resources has secured high-grade Vinatas antimony ore to complement a 200-tonne high-grade ore stockpile sourced from nearby Chinantla. Both feedstocks have undergone metallurgical testing confirming high recoveries on conventional flowsheets compatible with the Tecomatlán circuit. Recent testwork on Vinatas delivered up to 78.6% crushing recovery and a 68.3% Sb concentrate, while Chinantla testwork achieved approximately 81.1% recovery.
The operational timeline is also backed by regulatory milestones achieved earlier in the year. The plant owner previously secured a Change of Use of Soil permit in May 2026, satisfying a core land-use requirement for the Puebla site.
Beyond plant operations and circuit commissioning, Ev Resources is actively engaged in ongoing discussions with prospective buyers and offtakers regarding future sales of high-grade antimony concentrate. The proceeds from the rights issue will be directed towards the proof-of-concept campaign, staged circuit commissioning, securing the Chinantla stockpile, advancing offtake and supply negotiations, and funding general working capital requirements as the company moves towards commercial production.
