Ev Resources Ltd has confirmed four previously unrecognised hydrothermal feeder vein systems and four new hydrothermal breccia targets at its 70%-owned Los Lirios Antimony Project in Oaxaca, Mexico, materially expanding its drill-ready target inventory.

Systematic geological reconnaissance and mapping across six priority areas identified the Santo Niño, San Juan, San Ramón, and JIU veins. Mapping also defined continuity along the San Benito-Cofradía corridor over approximately 900 metres of strike and 200 metres in width.

At the Tetlate Shaft 3 location, field teams observed coarse stibnite crystals infilling interclast spaces within hydrothermal breccia alongside barite, cervantite, and trace valentinite, representing the strongest visual mineralisation recorded during the campaign. Meanwhile, mapping at the historical Santiago working identified a polymictic hydrothermal breccia pipe where surface antimony mineralisation coincides with a pre-existing geophysical anomaly.

In a single campaign we have gone from one mineralised corridor to four new breccia targets and four new feeder veins, and at Tetlate we are observing sizeable stibnite crystals sitting in the breccia. The company has submitted 31 channel samples, comprising 21 reconnaissance samples and 10 systematic channel samples from newly documented underground workings, for laboratory analysis.

Environmental authorisation for the second phase of drilling has been secured. A phased diamond drilling program is currently being designed to test the interpreted breccia pipes and feeder-CRD intersections.

Ev Resources is advancing the Los Lirios project alongside the Tecomatlán processing plant in Puebla, Mexico, as part of its antimony production pathway.
