Everest Metals Corporation Ltd has appointed Hall Chadwick as its exclusive strategic adviser to evaluate funding, partnership, and corporate transaction structures for the Mt Edon Critical Mineral Project in Western Australia, with a priority focus on the United States and allied markets.

The advisory mandate will examine potential strategic partnerships, offtake and prepayment arrangements, joint ventures, and standalone public or private transaction structures. Hall Chadwick will coordinate specialist market, supply-chain, and capital-markets analysis, supported by an independent two-phase validation program covering supply-chain vulnerabilities, allied-market demand, and national-security considerations.

The strategic review builds on steady technical progress at the project. Everest previously advanced Mt Edon through processing test work with Edith Cowan University's Mineral Recovery Research Centre, achieving up to 91% rubidium recovery.

The project's mineral resource has expanded to an Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource of 4.3 million tonnes grading 0.23% Rb₂O and 0.10% Li₂O, containing 9,800 tonnes of Rb₂O and 4,400 tonnes of Li₂O across a 620-metre strike length.

Everest anticipates regulatory approval for the Mining Development and Closure Proposal at Mt Edon in late 2026. The company retains flexibility regarding the outcome of the strategic review, and there is no certainty that the process will result in a transaction.

"Mt Edon has reached an important point in its development. Over the past two years we have materially increased the scale and confidence of the rubidium resource, advanced the metallurgical pathway and established relationships with Australian and United States government and research organisations. We believe there is an opportunity to unlock substantially greater recognition of Mt Edon's strategic value by systematically assessing the commercial, strategic and funding pathways available to the Project.

"The United States has developed a strong policy focus on securing critical minerals supply chains from diversified and allied sources, and our membership of the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium provides an important strategic connection into that market."
