Everlast Minerals Ltd has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission to collaborate on scientific research and technical work for the country's mineral sands industry.

The agreement establishes a framework for evaluating and potentially processing mineral sands from southern coastal and riverine areas. Under the partnership, Everlast will support field operations by providing access to its hydraulic core drilling rig and vessels while meeting travel expenses for participating teams.

The research program will cover sample collection and analysis, mineralogy, geochemistry, metallurgy, and mineral separation technology. The collaboration builds on milestones at the company's Gaibandha Project, which connected a 500kW electricity line to support trial processing and recently completed export shipments of mineral sands concentrate.
