F3 Uranium Appoints Raymond Ashley as President and VP Exploration

F3 Uranium Corp. has appointed Raymond Ashley as President and Vice President of Exploration, filling the role following the resignation of Sam Hartmann on September 1, 2026.
Ashley previously served as the company’s Vice President of Exploration from its inception until his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer in April 2023. His background includes heading the technical team at Fission Uranium that made the Triple R discovery in 2012 and advanced the project through to feasibility over the decade.
The leadership change comes as F3 progresses field operations across its 100%-owned Patterson Lake North Project in Saskatchewan's Western Athabasca Basin. The project covers 42,960 hectares and includes the Patterson Lake North Property hosting the JR Zone, the Minto Property, and the Broach Property hosting the Tetra Zone.
F3 is currently conducting drill-testing of high-priority targets under its summer exploration campaign.
“As F3 enters an exciting new phase, I am looking forward to overseeing the drill-testing of numerous high-priority targets with our capable and experienced technical team, advancing our mission to discover new uranium zones and expand our resource base.”

In addition to these operational activities, the company added uranium industry experience to its leadership team in August 2026 by appointing Ross McElroy as a strategic advisor.
