F4 Uranium Identifies Resistivity-Low Trends in Wales Lake Mobile MT Survey
F4 Uranium Corp. has completed an approximately 700-line-kilometre airborne Mobile MagnetoTellurics survey across the western portion of its 100%-owned Wales Lake Project in northern Saskatchewan, identifying two distinct north-northwest to south-southeast resistivity-low trends.

The survey, flown by Expert Geophysics just outside the southwestern Athabasca Basin, was designed to evaluate potential extensions of conductive corridors from the adjacent Todd Lake property. The data highlighted two main resistivity-low trends across the Wales Lake West area that were not clearly defined by a previous VTEM survey completed in the summer of 2025. A feature in the northeastern portion of the survey area may represent the continuation of a trend observed at Todd Lake, while the principal trends arc toward a north-northwest to south-southeast orientation.

F4 previously completed a maiden drill program at Wales Lake in August 2025, comprising 655 metres across two holes that intersected prospective graphitic structures and extended a historical conductor by two kilometres. The project remains significantly underexplored, with only four drillholes completed to date across the roughly 40,000-hectare land package.
F4 Uranium Corp. will integrate the Mobile MT survey results with existing geological, geophysical, and historical exploration data to evaluate and prioritize prospective trends for follow-up work and target generation at the Wales Lake Project.
In corporate changes announced alongside the survey results, Sam Hartmann resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer to pursue other opportunities. Raymond Ashley, the current Chief Executive Officer and a Director of F4, has assumed the role of President effective immediately.
