Fireweed Metals Corp. has intersected a true width of 64 metres grading 8.35% zinc equivalent in hole TS26-003 at the Tom South target within the Macpass Project in Yukon, Canada.

Drilled as a 180-metre down-dip and east along-strike step-out from previous hole TS25-001D1, hole TS26-003 extended the known mineralized zone outside the spatial extents of the current Macpass Mineral Resource. The 64-metre primary interval, encountered from 982.34 metres downhole, grades 5.42% zinc, 3.21% lead, and 16.77 g/t silver, and includes a 43-metre true width sub-interval grading 10.53% zinc equivalent. That narrower section encompasses a 27-metre true width grading 12.85% zinc equivalent, consisting of 7.78% zinc, 5.52% lead, and 30.27 g/t silver.

The intersection represents the thickest drilled to date at Tom South, demonstrating that the zone is thickening toward the east, where it remains open. The interval also contains elevated levels of the critical minerals germanium and gallium.

Fireweed Metals currently maintains three active drill rigs on site for the 2026 Macpass exploration program, having completed 6,505 metres to date, including 4,710 metres at Tom South and 1,795 metres at Tom East targeting high-grade massive and laminated sulphides alongside a muon tomography survey.

Separately, the company finished a 2,099-metre drilling program supporting an updated feasibility study for the Mactung project that is scheduled for completion in early 2027. Fireweed Metals will continue to release additional assay results from Tom South, Tom East, and Mactung as analyses are received and interpreted.
