First Majestic Files Los Gatos Technical Report With No Estimate Changes

First Majestic Silver Corp. has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the Cerro Los Gatos silver mine in Chihuahua, Mexico, supporting mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates effective December 31, 2025.
The newly filed technical report introduces no changes to the mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates previously disclosed in the company's March 31, 2026 news release and Annual Information Form. Because the filing was executed voluntarily under the company's SEDAR+ profile rather than in connection with a short-form prospectus or material change, it serves to formalise existing data rather than update the asset's inventory.
First Majestic holds a 70% interest in the Los Gatos Joint Venture and acts as operator of the mine, while Dowa Metals & Mining Co., Ltd. holds the remaining 30% interest. Mineral resources and mineral reserves within the technical report are reported on both a 100% joint venture basis and a 70% attributable basis to reflect this ownership structure.
The asset entered First Majestic's operating portfolio following the company's acquisition of Gatos Silver in January 2025. That transaction consolidated the operator's interest and positioned the polymetallic district as a major contributor to corporate production guidance. Following the takeover, exploration drilling programs targeted mineral expansion across the South-East Deeps, Central Deeps, and North-West Deeps zones.
