Formation Metals Hits 2.53 g/t Au Over 11.8 Metres and Extends A-Zone 200 Metres South at N2 Property
Formation Metals Inc. has extended the A-Zone at its flagship N2 Property in Quebec 200 metres to the south through step-out drillhole N2-26-15A, returning multiple gold intercepts including 2.53 g/t Au over 11.8 metres beginning at 350.6 metres downhole and 1.41 g/t Au over 20.6 metres beginning at 499.1 metres downhole.
The drillhole, collared 200 metres south of the established northern horizon as part of a funded 75,000-metre drill program, intersected two distinct sets of results. Deeper intervals extend the main vein set down-dip to the south, where the system remains open. Shallower intervals encountered a second parallel vein set—termed the southern horizon—previously unidentified at the A-Zone.
Logged core for N2-26-15A recorded 396.1 metres of cumulative target mineralization across six sections. Together with geological interpretation, the step-out results widen the mineralized envelope at the A-Zone from approximately 100 metres to more than 300 metres across strike. The shallower vein set projects to vertical depths consistent with open-pit development parameters.

The N2 Property encompasses 87 claims totalling approximately 4,400 hectares within Quebec's Abitibi sub-province and hosts a global historic resource of approximately 871,000 ounces of gold across six primary mineralized zones, each open for expansion. Formation is drilling the property on a revised structural model, targeting both the down-dip projection of the main veins and parallel structures to the south.
“We stepped out 200 metres south into ground that had barely been drilled, and we hit twice. The main vein set carries on down-dip and is still open, and there is a second set of veins behind it that we did not know was there.”
“Our interpretation is that continuing down-dip to the south should carry us toward the RJ horizon, which would mean gold below and parallel to the known RJ mineralization and west of the A-Zone above it.”

Assays are pending for additional drill holes completed during the ongoing drill program. The company is advancing a maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate for the N2 Property targeted for Q3 2026.
