Forrestania Resources Limited has secured a series of operational agreements and placed long-lead equipment orders to support restart readiness across its Lake Johnston and Edna May processing hubs in Western Australia.

The company executed a framework agreement with SGS Australia Pty Ltd for laboratory services across both hubs, established a logistics framework with Campbell Gold Haulage Pty Ltd, and signed a five-year sodium cyanide supply agreement with Orica Australia Pty Ltd for Lake Johnston. The Orica agreement, commencing in 2027, incorporates forecast annual volumes of approximately 1,000 tonnes and a minimum contracted volume of 5,000 tonnes.

For Edna May restart activities, Forrestania has ordered replacement SAG and ball mill liners scheduled for delivery in November 2026, alongside grinding media and activated carbon. Additionally, the company entered into an ore purchase agreement with First Au Limited to purchase and process up to 2 million tonnes of third-party ore over a 24-month period through campaign-based processing arrangements at either hub.

The operational agreements and procurement initiatives follow Forrestania’s recent corporate acquisitions and funding developments. Forrestania completed the acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project from Ramelius Resources Limited, alongside acquiring the Lake Johnston processing facility and infrastructure from Poseidon Nickel.

The initial transaction announcement valued the Edna May acquisition consideration at A$300 million comprising A$200 million in cash and A$100 million in shares. The structure was subsequently adjusted to increase the cash component to A$210 million and reduce consideration shares to A$90 million following the exercise of an agreement right tied to Forrestania’s A$310 million capital raising. With the inclusion of Edna May, Forrestania’s global Mineral Resource Estimate stands at 58.6 million tonnes at 1.1 g/t gold for 2,078,000 ounces.

Refurbishment of the Lake Johnston processing facility is advancing ahead of scheduled commissioning in November 2026.
