Fortitude Gold Declares $0.01 Monthly Dividend For September 2026

Fortitude Gold Corp. has declared a monthly dividend of $0.01 per common share, maintaining the distribution level previously declared in December 2025.
Set for payment on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 18, 2026, the recurring distribution forms part of the United States-based producer's strategy to return capital to investors alongside its gold operations in Nevada.
The company's Nevada Mining Unit consists of eight high-grade gold properties. Production is anchored by the Isabella Pearl project—which includes the Isabella Pearl and Scarlet South mines—alongside the County Line project, which encompasses the County Line and East Pit mines. Operations at the Scarlet South and County Line mines commenced earlier in 2026 to supplement output alongside the established Isabella Pearl mine.
Future dividend amounts and consistency remain subject to the discretion of the board of directors. Payout levels can vary or face discontinuation depending on variables including operational cash flows, company development requirements and strategies, construction activities, spot gold and silver prices, taxation, general market conditions, and other factors detailed in the company's public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Fortitude Gold operates as a gold producer, developer, and explorer with a corporate strategy focused on organic growth, maintaining a debt-free balance sheet, and distributing regular dividends to shareholders from its operations in Nevada.
