Fortitude Gold Corp. has returned multiple wide, high-grade gold intercepts from the Scarlet North target at its Isabella Pearl property in Mineral County, Nevada, highlighted by hole IPRC-780 returning 6.10 meters grading 3.44 grams per tonne gold within a wider 21.34-meter interval grading 1.27 grams per tonne gold.

Additional highlight intervals from the program include hole IPRC-776, which yielded 3.05 meters grading 2.49 grams per tonne gold within 12.19 meters grading 1.03 grams per tonne gold, and hole IPRC-783, which intersected 4.57 meters grading 2.21 grams per tonne gold within 13.72 meters grading 0.87 grams per tonne gold.

The reverse circulation drilling program expanded the northwest mineralization trend at Scarlet North, situated 700 meters northwest of the main Isabella Pearl heap leach and process facility. Geological logging has identified three parallel, prominent northwest-trending mineralized faults in the area, indicating that gold mineralization is hosted within both high-angle fault structures and tabular bodies.

Initial metallurgical test work indicates that oxide mineralization at Scarlet North exhibits extractability similar to the material processed from the nearby Isabella Pearl deposit using standard heap leaching. The short haul distance to existing infrastructure supports ongoing evaluation of the target. Fortitude Gold is completing baseline environmental studies required for permitting an open-pit mine operation at Scarlet North with the Bureau of Land Management and the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.

The Isabella Pearl property includes the Isabella Pearl and Scarlet South mines currently in production in Mineral County. Project infrastructure was enhanced in May when NV Energy completed a four-mile power line connecting the site to the local electrical grid. Meanwhile, construction for an expansion of the Isabella Pearl heap leach pad is estimated to conclude during the third quarter of 2026.

Fortitude Gold plans to conduct further step-out and infill drilling to test potential mineralized connectivity along the Scarlet North corridor.
