Freeman Gold Corp. has commenced baseline environmental surveys focused on vegetation, ecosystems, and natural resources at its 100%-owned Lemhi Gold Project in Lemhi County, Idaho.

The field programs are designed to characterize ecological conditions across the 3,088-acre project area, supporting mine planning, engineering, reclamation design, and regulatory permitting processes such as National Environmental Policy Act compliance. Field investigations include evaluating conifer forests, riparian vegetation corridors along Ditch Creek, and integrated aquatic surveys conducted in accordance with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality protocols.

The survey work is being executed in collaboration with environmental consulting firms GSI Environmental Inc. and Catena Consulting LLC. Field investigations will continue throughout the coming months to gather robust multi-season data. Freeman also plans to submit its Point of Compliance Determination application to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.

The current program expands upon baseline characterization initiated in August 2026, which focused on water and air quality. Freeman holds a 100% interest in the 30-square-kilometre property, which hosts a near-surface oxide gold deposit supported by a 2026 feasibility study detailing a 15.2-year mine life and a post-tax net present value of US$696 million.
