Fusion Fuel Secures $1.4 Million in Dubai LPG Engineering Subcontracts

Fusion Fuel Green PLC has signed 10 liquefied petroleum gas engineering subcontracts in Dubai through its indirect subsidiary, Al Shola Al Modea Gas Distribution L.L.C., representing an aggregate project value of approximately AED 5.14 million ($1.4 million).
The subcontracts were awarded across June and July 2026 and support more than 3,450 residential units. The initial June awards cover three projects in Dubai South, Motor City, and Studio City, valued at approximately AED 4.5 million ($1.24 million). The largest single award is a multi-tower residential development in Motor City comprising about 2,974 apartments, accounting for an engineering value of approximately AED 3.45 million ($945,500). Seven additional projects were awarded in July across Karama, Oud Metha, Dubailand, Al Quoz, and Dubai Investments Park, adding an aggregate value of approximately AED 642,410 ($175,000).
These awards follow the company's April 2026 subcontract round, which totaled approximately $1.14 million across 16 projects, demonstrating continued contract acquisition in the region's residential growth markets.
Beyond upfront engineering revenues, several subcontracts are expected to generate recurring utility operations. The Motor City, Studio City, and other connected properties represent combined potential annual utility revenue of approximately AED 2.95 million to AED 3.75 million ($805,000 to $1.02 million).
Al Shola Gas also entered into a separate supply agreement with an Abu Dhabi-based hospitality group covering selected catering and food production units. Subject to meeting performance requirements, additional cylinder and bulk LPG supply projects are anticipated over an 18-month period starting August 2026. This relationship represents an estimated additional revenue opportunity of AED 3.0 million to AED 4.0 million ($820,000 to $1.09 million).
Chief Executive Officer Frederico Figueira de Chaves noted that the contracts reflect the growth potential of the company's diversified business model and support its strategy of building a predictable, long-term cash flow base.
