Galantas Gold Corporation has completed the sale of its remaining 20% indirect interest in the Omagh gold project in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, to Ocean Partners UK Limited for aggregate consideration of US$5.0 million.

The transaction eliminates Galantas Gold Corporation’s remaining equity exposure to the Omagh Project and extinguishes approximately US$3.26 million of indebtedness owed to Ocean Partners under an existing promissory note and other liabilities, with the balance delivered in cash. Following completion, Galantas no longer holds any interest in Omagh subsidiaries Flintridge Resources Limited and Omagh Minerals Limited, and has relinquished its right to convert the disposed interest into a 3.00% net smelter return royalty.

The 20% stake had a carrying value of approximately US$4.1 million as of June 30, 2026, and generated an attributable loss of approximately US$72,457 for the first half of the year. Under a prior transaction closed on September 24, 2025, Ocean Partners had acquired an initial 80% interest in the project subsidiaries in exchange for approximately US$14 million in existing loans.

With the divestment finalized, Galantas is directing its capital and operating focus toward advancing its active mineral assets in South America, including the Andacollo Gold Project and the Indiana Project in Chile.
