Galway Metals Inc. has filed an independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report on SEDAR+ supporting the updated mineral resource estimate for its Clarence Stream gold project in southwestern New Brunswick.

Prepared by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. with an effective date of May 29, 2026, the regulatory filing contains no material differences from the resource figures previously announced on July 13, 2026.

The updated estimate marks a substantial expansion compared to the project's previous evaluation from 2022. The earlier resource report outlined indicated resources of 12.4 million tonnes grading 2.3 g/t gold containing 922,000 ounces, alongside inferred resources of 16.0 million tonnes grading 2.6 g/t gold containing 1.334 million ounces.

In contrast, the updated technical filing reports indicated resources of 27.2 million tonnes grading 1.62 g/t gold containing 1.42 million ounces, and inferred resources of 28.5 million tonnes grading 1.40 g/t gold containing 1.29 million ounces. These figures represent a considerable increase in total contained gold and a significant expansion in indicated tonnage across the flagship property, which spans an exploration strike length of approximately 65 kilometres.

To evaluate the economic potential of the expanded inventory, Galway has engaged BBA E&C Inc. to complete a preliminary economic assessment for the asset.

Field activity is running concurrently with the economic studies. The company is executing a planned 40,000-metre drill program for 2026 utilizing four drill rigs at the Clarence Stream project to test targets across the district.
