Galway Metals has intersected broad zones of gold mineralization across 14 diamond drill holes at the Southwest Deposit, part of the 100%-owned Clarence Stream project in New Brunswick.

The infill drilling program yielded several high-grade results, highlighted by hole BL-323, which returned 2.6 g/t gold over 48.0 metres, including 21.3 g/t over 2.0 metres and 9.9 g/t over 3.0 metres. Other notable results included hole BL-322, which intersected 1.7 g/t gold over 31.0 metres, including 4.3 g/t over 5.0 metres and 14.0 g/t over 1.0 metre.

According to Galway, the mineralized intervals in holes BL-322 and BL-323 are broader than those captured in the current resource model for the area, though they remain within the 2026 Mineral Resource pit shell. The company indicated these results provide essential definition between previously drilled sections and help characterize the distribution of mineralization toward the western extent of the Southwest Deposit.

Further drilling, conducted roughly 100 metres to the west to bridge a 50-metre gap between existing sections, also confirmed geological continuity. Hole BL-316 returned 5.3 g/t gold over 5.0 metres, including 22.4 g/t over 1.0 metre, while hole BL-313 intersected 3.1 g/t gold over 8.0 metres, including 18.1 g/t over 1.0 metre.

“These drill results continue to demonstrate the strength and continuity of the Southwest Deposit following our recently announced updated Mineral Resource Estimate.”

Galway is currently advancing two key milestones for the project. The company is actively progressing the Preliminary Economic Assessment, which incorporates these technical insights to refine its understanding of the deposit’s development potential. Additionally, the NI 43-101 technical report supporting the recently updated Mineral Resource Estimate—which contains 1.42 million ounces of gold in the Indicated category and 1.29 million ounces in the Inferred category—is currently being prepared for filing on SEDAR+ within the prescribed regulatory period.
