Gamma Resources Ltd. has increased the financing target for its non-brokered private placement to secure gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000, lifting the capitalization effort well above its previous ceiling.

The expanded offering comprises up to 18,750,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable purchase warrant. Every warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.12 for 36 months following the final closing date.

The company anticipates closing the first tranche of the private placement shortly. Completion of both the initial and subsequent tranches remains conditional upon the formal acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued under the placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the closing date, in line with applicable regulatory policies and securities laws.

Gamma operates as a U.S.-focused uranium exploration and development company, advancing a portfolio of assets across the Mountain West region. These holdings include the Green River Project in Utah, which spans 1,100 acres, and the Mesa Arc Project in New Mexico, a strategic land position totaling 4,520 acres that encompasses historic uranium resources situated in the Chama Basin.

Operational activity across the portfolio has progressed alongside the financing efforts. Gamma commenced a high-resolution aerial photogrammetry survey across the Green River property in April 2026. That program was designed to generate high-resolution orthophotography and three-dimensional terrain models to support detailed geological mapping, structural interpretation, and target refinement for upcoming field programs. Additionally, the company successfully renegotiated the payment terms of its U.S. uranium portfolio lease agreement, with acceptance for the amended structure granted by the TSX Venture Exchange in June 2026.

Regional exploration activity has also advanced within the wider district. In July 2026, Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp. completed a historical data compilation establishing a validated database of 5,668 drill collars and 4,550 gamma-equivalent uranium intervals at its I-70 uranium project in the surrounding San Rafael region of Utah.
