Gamma Resources Ltd. has secured consent from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the final closing date of its non-brokered private placement to on or before September 30, 2026.

The financing aims to raise gross proceeds of up to $1.75 million through the issuance of up to 21,875,000 units at a purchase price of $0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.12 for 36 months following the closing date.

Gamma intends to direct the net proceeds from the offering toward ongoing exploration at its Mesa Arc uranium project in New Mexico and the Green River project in Utah, alongside general working capital and corporate needs. Company directors are expected to participate in the second tranche of the offering, which falls under related party transaction exemptions from formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements. All securities issued under the placement carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the closing date.

The financing extension follows earlier corporate milestones for the company, including the closing of the first tranche at $872,500 under an expanded $1.75 million financing target. Regional uranium activity across the Mountain West has also drawn sector attention, highlighted by nearby district developments such as Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp.'s historical database compilation at its I-70 project in Utah.
