Gladiator Metals Corp. has returned assay results from 28 drill holes totaling 4,218 metres at the Cowley prospect within the Whitehorse Copper Project in Yukon, Canada, highlighted by hole CPG-158 intersecting 40 metres at 1.98% copper, 0.31 g/t gold, 13.29 g/t silver, and 920 ppm molybdenum from 76 metres depth.

The latest drilling program has expanded the scope at Cowley from an initial 8,000 metres to more than 14,000 metres. A second drill rig is scheduled to mobilize before the end of August 2026 to accelerate infill drilling on the Southern Limb of the prospect.

Assay results from the current program continue to intersect near-surface, high-grade copper, gold, silver, and molybdenum skarn mineralization, extending the system to the northeast and up-dip to surface. Additional intercepts include hole CPG-129D1, which returned 55.5 metres at 1.10% copper, 0.08 g/t gold, 3.66 g/t silver, and 668 ppm molybdenum from 87.5 metres, including an 18.1-metre section grading 1.97% copper and 1,172 ppm molybdenum. Hole CPG-153 intersected 72.8 metres at 0.62% copper, 0.07 g/t gold, 4.44 g/t silver, and 1,018 ppm molybdenum from 57.2 metres.

CEO Jason Bontempo noted that the molybdenum component of the drilling results has the potential of becoming a highly valuable credit for Cowley, with multiple holes returning elevated values above 1,000 ppm against a background where molybdenum trades at over US$70,000 per tonne.

Gladiator is targeting the delivery of a maiden NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource for the Cowley prospect in 2026 upon completing Class 3 delineation drilling. The work supports a broader fully funded exploration budget exceeding $40 million and more than 100,000 metres of drilling across the Whitehorse Copper Project for 2026 and 2027. The mineralized belt covers a 35-kilometre strike length containing over 30 copper-related skarn occurrences, while project activity also included the staking of 22 new quartz lease claims nearby in June 2026.
