Gold Port Corporation has completed debrushing to within one mile of its camp at the Groete Gold Copper Project in Guyana, marking the latest advance in road construction toward the Groete Creek drill site.

The access route from Manaka Road on the east bank of the Essequibo River has seen a sixty percent widening of the prior trail system. Crews have also completed two all-season bridges and replaced two existing culverts with bridges, with construction teams preparing to start the final bridge at the large creek opening.

Road material has been stockpiled following the location of a laterite source. The infrastructure work is designed to prepare the site for an upcoming drill program at the property, which hosts an Inferred resource of 1.57 million ounces of gold-copper equivalent across 74 million tonnes at a grade of 0.66 grams per tonne gold equivalent.

The ongoing construction of infrastructure at the Groete Gold Copper Project marks an important first step toward supporting our upcoming drill program.
