Gold Runner Exploration Inc. has appointed Justin Lowe as Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager - Nevada, effective August 1, 2026.

Mr. Lowe previously served as Vice President of Exploration for the company from 2021 to 2024. He is responsible for the fully funded 2026 Falcon surface exploration program in Nevada and the design and implementation of the 2027 Rock Creek drill program.

The company also granted 250,000 stock options at an exercise price of $1.22 per common share to certain officers and consultants. The options vest immediately, expire five years from the grant date, and are subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
