Gold X2 Mining Inc. has filed its second quarter 2026 financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis with Canadian securities regulators.

The filings center on the 100% owned Moss Gold Project in Ontario, Canada, an advanced-stage asset positioned with direct access from the Trans-Canada Highway and nearby hydroelectric power.

The current mineral resource estimate for the property reports indicated gold resources of 2.458 million ounces at 1.04 g/t Au contained within 73.8 million tonnes, alongside 4.209 million ounces of inferred gold resources at 0.97 g/t Au contained within 134.7 million tonnes. The deposit also hosts indicated silver resources of 3.160 million ounces at 1.53 g/t Ag contained within 64.3 million tonnes and 6.273 million ounces of inferred silver resources at 1.55 g/t Ag contained within 125.9 million tonnes.

Earlier in the year, Gold X2 secured a $115,898,301 financing package through a non-brokered private placement with strategic partners including AngloGold Ashanti and Hess Capital.

The company is preparing a further updated mineral resource estimate for the Moss project, which is scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2026 or the first quarter of 2027.

In addition to ongoing development work, management and the board intend to distribute shares in a subsidiary holding a 1% net smelter royalty on the project to shareholders at a future date.
