GoldArc Resources Limited has extended shallow gold anomalism 400 metres south of previous drill fences during its second-round aircore drilling program at the Whistler prospect within the Leonora South Gold Project in Western Australia.

The second-round campaign comprised 95 holes for 3,831 metres, designed to test soil anomalies and follow up on an initial maiden program completed at the prospect in January 2026. Drilling returned shallow intercepts including 20 metres at 200 ppb gold from 32 metres in hole NWAC075 and 4 metres at 440 ppb gold from 48 metres in hole NWAC102.

Bottom-hole multi-element analyses across both drilling rounds identified five distinct lithological units, with the strongest gold anomalism consistently hosted within deeply weathered tonalite that coincides with a magnetic low.

No drilling has been completed across a one-kilometre gap separating the first-round southern fence and the second-round northern fence. GoldArc Resources plans to target this un-drilled interval with a third, closer-spaced aircore program at Whistler in early 2027.

The Whistler target sits within the broader Leonora South portfolio. GoldArc previously streamlined its exploration focus in June 2026 by terminating non-core option agreements at Kookynie West to direct capital toward its core hubs.
