GoldArc Resources Secures Niagara Tenements to Expand Leonora South Footprint
GoldArc Resources Limited has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Niagara West and North tenement package from Regener8 Resources NL, extending its footprint in Western Australia’s Kookynie gold district. The transaction remains subject to conditions, including shareholder approval.
The acquisition comprises seven prospecting licences located directly adjacent to GoldArc’s existing Leonora South Gold Project. In a separate, simultaneous move, the company also acquired tenement application P 40/1622, which sits along strike of the advanced May prospect. These additions form part of a broader consolidation strategy aimed at unifying fragmented mineralised corridors. This deal represents the fourth tenement transaction GoldArc has completed in the past four months.

The acquired ground hosts several prospects defined by historical shallow workings and shares the same orogenic, vein-controlled gold system present at GoldArc’s established Orion and Sapphire deposits. The company plans to make these newly acquired tenements the priority focus of its next exploration program in the district.
Total consideration for the Regener8 package is valued at A$1.5 million in GoldArc shares, priced at $0.07 per share. An additional A$1 million in contingent consideration is payable across two tranches—split into $500,000 increments—upon the company achieving 100,000oz and 250,000oz Mineral Resource estimates respectively on the acquired ground. Both the initial share issue and the potential contingent payments are subject to shareholder approval.
“The Regener8 Transaction will, on completion, fill an important gap in our Kookynie tenure. The Niagara West tenements give us high-grade discovery results to build on, and Niagara North adds a genuinely early-stage opportunity with a compelling geochemical anomaly sitting over unexplored bedrock. Combined with our active programs at Eclipse, Whistler, Orion and Sapphire, this positions GoldArc as the most comprehensive explorer across Kookynie's Niagara district.”
— Paul Stephen, Managing Director
GoldArc will dispatch a notice of meeting to shareholders in late August 2026, with an extraordinary general meeting scheduled to be held by 30 September 2026 to seek the necessary approvals.
