Golden Age Launches $400,000 Private Placement and Advances Mac Minerals Acquisition

Golden Age Exploration Ltd. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise gross proceeds of up to $400,000 to bolster its treasury and fund ongoing project expenditures and working capital.
The financing involves the issuance of up to 2,000,000 units priced at $0.20 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at a price of $0.35 for a period of one year. Closing of the offering remains conditional on the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and the completion of customary filings. All securities issued under the placement will be subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day resale restriction in accordance with applicable securities laws.
Alongside the financing, Golden Age has received minority shareholder approval and clearance from the Canadian Securities Exchange to close its acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Mac Minerals Pty Ltd. The transaction now awaits only the making of customary filings before formal completion.
The corporate transaction secures the flagship Hamilton project, which covers an expansive land position of 10,655 square kilometres in South Australia as an extensive uranium exploration target. The Hamilton project was acquired through Mac Minerals, having been initiated under an option agreement in April 2026 before being finalized with a definitive agreement in July 2026.
The broader Mac Minerals portfolio also includes the Algebuckina project in South Australia and the Yalyirimbi project in the Northern Territory. Following the finalization of these corporate steps, Golden Age plans to initiate near-term targeted drilling at the Yalyirimbi project.
