Golden Age Exploration Ltd. has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $445,000 through the issuance of 2,225,000 units priced at $0.20 each.

Each unit comprises one common share and half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to buy one common share at an exercise price of $0.35 for one year from closing. Securities issued under this initial tranche carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day, expiring on January 5, 2027.

Registered finders received total cash fees of $32,800 alongside 164,000 broker warrants carrying terms identical to the placement warrants. Net proceeds from the financing will bolster the treasury, support working capital, and fund ongoing project expenditures.

The capital injection follows Golden Age completing the acquisition of Mac Minerals Pty Ltd on September 1, 2026. That transaction secured the flagship Hamilton project, covering an expansive land position of 10,655 square kilometres in South Australia. The underlying purchase agreement includes performance-based milestone payments of up to C$3.95 million, plus an additional C$2.0 million payable for each project in the acquired portfolio where a uranium resource of at least 30 million pounds is defined.

Beyond its holdings in South Australia, Golden Age holds the Yalyirimbi project in the Northern Territory, where the team plans to initiate near-term targeted drilling.

In the surrounding South Australian district, Aruma Resources Limited executed a Native Title Mining Agreement for the Wilan Project in August 2026, clearing the operational pathway for aircore drilling.
