Goldera Appoints IAMGOLD Founding Director and Adjusts Executive Team

Goldera Exploration Ltd. has appointed Mahendra G. Naik, a founding director of IAMGOLD Corp., to its Board of Directors and transitioned Mark Billings from the board to Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.
The changes take effect immediately alongside a grant of 214,286 deferred share units to a director under the company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. Those units vest on August 14, 2027.
Goldera also retained Integral Wealth Securities Limited to provide market-making services on the TSX Venture Exchange starting August 20, 2026, under a three-month agreement costing $5,000 per month.
The company is advancing its flagship Egan Gold Project located in Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt alongside its Acadian Gold Corp. joint venture in New Brunswick.
