Goldgroup Mining Inc. has outlined the regional exploration potential of its Don David operations and surrounding district in Oaxaca, Mexico, anchored by an extensive regional land package spanning approximately 55 kilometres along the San José structural corridor.

The district encompasses the producing underground Don David Gold Mine complex—specifically the Arista and Alta Gracia mines—held through the company's Mexican subsidiary, Don David Gold Mexico S.A. de C.V. Mineralization across the corridor features multiple epithermal vein systems, ranging from the precious-metal-rich low-sulfidation veins at Alta Gracia to the polymetallic intermediate-sulfidation systems at Arista, which host gold, silver, zinc, lead, and copper within andesitic volcanic rocks.

Advanced regional targets such as Margaritas and El Rey present opportunities to expand beyond the currently producing areas. Margaritas hosts epithermal gold-silver veins northwest of Arista, while El Rey features shallow, locally high-grade, oxidized precious-metal mineralization near the northwestern end of the land package.

Exploration across the complex has been backed by active drilling. During the seven months ended July 31, 2026, Goldgroup completed 25,726 metres of diamond drilling across 123 holes at the Arista and Alta Gracia mines. More than 97% of this meterage was directed toward infill and expansion programs.

The Don David Gold Mine was added to Goldgroup's portfolio through its business combination with Gold Resource Corporation, which closed on July 17, 2026. Following the transaction, Goldgroup appointed Javier Reyes as permanent chief executive officer.
