GoldInxs Appoints Tara Asfour as VP of Corporate Development and Communications

GoldInxs Mining Corp. has appointed Tara Asfour as Vice President of Corporate Development and Communications as the company prepares to advance its British Columbia exploration portfolio.
Asfour brings over 13 years of capital markets and investor relations experience in the resource sector, having led strategic financings, partnerships, and offtake initiatives for publicly listed resource companies. She holds an MBA and a governance certification from the Institute for Governance in Organisations. Under the appointment, Asfour will receive 200,000 incentive stock options exercisable over a three-year period, subject to regulatory approvals and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
Alongside the executive appointment, GoldInxs has entered into a stock awareness service agreement with Indigenous Collaboration Group Ltd. The agreement runs for an initial three-month term starting August 19, 2026, with provisions for a single three-month extension upon mutual written agreement.
Under the terms, Indigenous Collaboration Group will provide investor relations and promotional services designed to increase market visibility through compliant dissemination of public information, social media outreach, and investor channels. GoldInxs will pay CAD$50,000 plus applicable taxes for the initial term. The service provider and its principals operate at arm's length and currently hold no interest in the company's securities. The agreement remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
GoldInxs holds the Fishpot Property in central British Columbia as its flagship asset, an epithermal gold system with Blackwater-style exploration potential. The company is advancing its inaugural diamond drill program of up to 2,000 metres at the property following receipt of its multi-year area-based drilling permit.
