Goldrea Resources Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $680,000 to finance ongoing exploration at its Cannonball Project and cover general administration expenses.

The financing offers up to 10,000,000 flow-through units at $0.028 each, consisting of one flow-through share and half a warrant exercisable at $0.05 for one year. The company is also offering up to 20,000,000 standard units at $0.02 each, comprising one common share and a full warrant with an exercise price of $0.05 for one year. All securities carry a four-month hold period, and finders' fees may apply.

Alongside the financing, Goldrea has mobilized field personnel to execute a $150,000 exploration program. The work targets historic gold and copper reports at the Stu Prospect, within the Hanstone joint venture ground, and a two-kilometre-long gold-in-soil anomaly with values reaching 756 parts per billion between the Cannonball and Adrian Vein Targets.

The British Columbia Ministry of Mines has approved five-year permit applications covering induced polarization surveys and drilling across all project claim groups.

Goldrea has expanded its land position through property additions, including the September 2025 integration of the Hanstone ground and 2024 acquisitions of the Plus property and Double T claims. These expansions connect the company’s ground directly to Seabridge Gold’s Iskut and Snip North projects. An independent technical report received in May 2026 identified multiple high-priority targets based on historic magnetic surveys and alteration mapping.

“Interest in the prolific Golden Triangle continues to ramp up and Goldrea's property is in the center of that activity. Goldrea's near term goals are now within sight, and the outlook is very encouraging.”

— Jim Elbert, CEO

The ongoing fieldwork and permitted exploration targets build on these technical studies as the company prepares for next year's full program.
