The 3,000-metre drill program tests the Copernicus copper-gold geochemical trend, corresponding to a 1.2-kilometre-long induced polarization chargeability anomaly. Operations began with hole OR-26-01, abandoned at 77 metres after intersecting a void. The crew successfully re-collared and bypassed the void to complete hole OR-26-02 to 693 metres.

A third hole, OR-26-03, finished at 624 metres from Pad A in the opposite direction. The rig relocated to Pad B atop the Orion Spine, where hole OR-26-04 reached 691.5 metres. The drill moved to Pad C to advance hole OR-26-05, with hole OR-26-06 planned toward a prominent magnetic and conductivity anomaly. Both holes at Pad C target depths between 700 and 800 metres.

Goldstorm also concluded an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey covering 2,227 line-kilometres. In parallel, reconnaissance mapping crews have collected 317 surface rock samples.

The property spans about 16,000 hectares across five contiguous concessions situated south of Seabridge Gold Inc.'s KSM Property and Newmont Corporation's Brucejack Mine. Field activities are supported by funds from a private placement that closed for gross proceeds of $7,000,000 earlier this year. Elsewhere in the Golden Triangle district, Tudor Gold reported the discovery of a new copper-gold-silver-molybdenum porphyry system at its Treaty Creek project in August 2026, sharing key commodities with the Crown project.

“Our drilling program is progressing very well, on-time and on budget. Unfortunately, there have been some delays with the laboratory work due to the current sample backlog, however, we expect to receive the complete set of Photon Gold and ICP values for the first three drill holes shortly.”

— Ken Konkin, President and CEO

Analytical results from the initial four drill holes and surface sampling program have been submitted to MSA Laboratories. Goldstorm will report findings once data is received and interpreted. The company intends to engage an independent third-party geophysical consultant to review the airborne survey results alongside existing geological data, while geologists complete a comprehensive compilation study this winter.
