Great Pacific Gold Intersects 9 Metres at 4.81 g/t Gold in Elamaraka Channel Sampling
Great Pacific Gold has returned continuous channel-sampling results of 9 metres grading 4.81 g/t gold and 41.96 g/t silver from the Elamaraka Vein System, alongside high-grade results from the Kargalio target at its flagship Wild Dog Project in East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea.
The latest mapping and systematic sampling across the Elamaraka and Kargalio vein systems—collectively known as the EK Target Area—have identified additional mineralized quartz-sulphide veins beyond historically documented areas. The work materially expands the interpreted footprint of both systems along the 15 km long epithermal structural corridor.
At the Elamaraka Vein System, continuous channel sampling across a sulphide-rich quartz vein returned 9 metres at 4.81 g/t gold, 41.96 g/t silver and 0.02% copper. Peak assays within the interval reached 26.86 g/t gold and 233.4 g/t silver. Additional vein exposures returned 4.22 g/t gold in a grab sample.
Historical trenching by previous operators at Elamaraka previously returned up to 6 metres at 4.04 g/t gold, establishing the prospect as a significant target before recent work widened the known mineralized footprint.
At the Kargalio Vein System, situated immediately north of Elamaraka, channel sampling defined approximately 6 metres grading 7.29 g/t gold, 12.83 g/t silver and 0.24% copper within a quartz-clay-sulphide vein. This interval included 2 metres at 16.20 g/t gold. A second 6-metre channel interval located approximately 40 metres south returned 2.85 g/t gold. A newly discovered crackle breccia zone located about 260 metres east returned approximately 10 metres at 1.77 g/t gold.
Our recent mapping and systematic sampling indicate that these prospects form part of broader mineralized corridors containing multiple quartz-sulphide veins. The combination of strong channel-sampling results, additional mineralized vein exposures and improving access provides a strong foundation for further target definition and future drill testing.

Great Pacific Gold is conducting a two-rig diamond drilling program at the project alongside ongoing surface work. The company is targeting approximately 8,000 metres of drilling across the Kavasuki, Magiabe, Mengmut, Morgan and EK targets during the second half of 2026.
In parallel with surface sampling, Great Pacific Gold has commenced its first coordinated push into the South Zone of the corridor. Earthmoving machinery has cleared a new access track south of Elamaraka and Kargalio, and exploration teams have mobilized to begin first-pass mapping and rock-chip sampling across underexplored prospects including Lost Dog, Steel Creek, Cut-hand Creek, Muruk and Regess.
