Green & Gold Minerals Limited is launching a renounceable rights issue priced at $0.10 per share to raise up to approximately $3.2 million before costs, funding an extensive field campaign across its northeast Queensland portfolio.

Eligible shareholders participating in the offer will receive one free attaching new option for every two new shares subscribed. The new options carry an exercise price of $0.20 and a 2.5-year term, with application to be made for their quotation on the ASX. The rights issue is scheduled to open on 15 September 2026, and all company directors intend to take up their entitlements.

Proceeds from the capital raising will back exploration across the Herberton Conductor Metals Project, which Green & Gold acquired in February 2026 through an all-scrip transaction valued at $450,000. Specifically, funds will target resource extensions at the Copper Hills prospect following high-grade maiden drilling that returned 5m at 131 g/t silver, 1.05% copper, 205 g/t indium, 0.37% tin, 9.1% zinc, and 1.1% lead from 102 metres in hole CHC003. Exploration will also test priority copper-silver targets at Siberia, Mt Gossan, and Elizabeth Bluffs.

In addition, funds will support resource growth and development at the Chillagoe project, where a drill program is scheduled to commence at the Mt Wandoo deposit in mid-September 2026. Drilling at Mt Wandoo will target open-cut depth extensions and provide material for ore-sorter and metallurgical testing to support ongoing preliminary mining studies.

As Chair Tony Bellas observed regarding the campaign:

“Green & Gold Minerals is well positioned to benefit from the powerful long-term market themes supporting both copper and gold. Funds raised will advance the Company's two principal value drivers:”

“continued exploration of the suite of compelling copper-silver-tin targets at the Herberton Conductor Metals Project, with the objective of making a significant new resource discovery; and development drilling and test work at Mt Wandoo, targeting the completion of preliminary mining studies and discussions with development partners next year.”

— Tony Bellas, Chair

The company previously entered into a binding drill-for-equity agreement with Centurion Drilling in June 2026 to help stretch exploration meters across its project pipeline.
