Greenland Mines Ltd. has formed a Strategic Advisory Board and appointed three initial members: Constantine E. Karayannopoulos, Thomas Abraham-James, and Bent Olsvig Jensen.

“The creation of our Strategic Advisory Board reflects where Greenland Mines is today and where we intend to go next,” said Dr. Bo Møller Stensgaard, President of Greenland Mines.

The new board brings together rare earths leadership, direct technical and operating history at the Skaergaard project, and mine-operating experience in Greenland. Greenland Mines operates a dual-project operating platform anchored by the Sarfartoq rare earth project in southwest Greenland and the Skaergaard precious and critical metals project in southeast Greenland. Neo Performance Materials holds offtake rights for up to 60% of Sarfartoq's future ore or mineral concentrate production for its Silmet rare earth separation facility in Estonia.

“We are now advancing from resource definition and data collection into the next stage of technical studies, permitting, commercial engagement and integrated development planning,” added Dr. Bo Møller Stensgaard, President of Greenland Mines.

Greenland Mines is preparing an application to Naalakkersuisut for an exploitation license at the Sarfartoq project.
